(My best season)一般說(shuō)來(lái)，“教師”概念之形成經(jīng)歷了十分漫長(zhǎng)的歷史。楊士勛（唐初學(xué)者，四門博士）春秋谷梁傳疏曰：“師者教人以不及，故謂師為師資也”。這兒的“師資”，其實(shí)就是先秦而后歷代對(duì)教師的別稱之一。韓非子也有云：“今有不才之子師長(zhǎng)教之弗為變”其“師長(zhǎng)”當(dāng)然也指教師。這兒的“師資”和“師長(zhǎng)”可稱為“教師”概念的雛形，但仍說(shuō)不上是名副其實(shí)的“教師”，因?yàn)椤敖處煛北仨氁忻鞔_的傳

10、授知識(shí)的對(duì)象和本身明確的職責(zé)。Step 5 Homework 要練說(shuō)，得練聽(tīng)。聽(tīng)是說(shuō)的前提，聽(tīng)得準(zhǔn)確，才有條件正確模仿，才能不斷地掌握高一級(jí)水平的語(yǔ)言。我在教學(xué)中，注意聽(tīng)說(shuō)結(jié)合，訓(xùn)練幼兒聽(tīng)的能力，課堂上，我特別重視教師的語(yǔ)言，我對(duì)幼兒說(shuō)話，注意聲音清楚，高低起伏，抑揚(yáng)有致，富有吸引力，這樣能引起幼兒的注意。當(dāng)我發(fā)現(xiàn)有的幼兒不專心聽(tīng)別人發(fā)言時(shí)，就隨時(shí)表?yè)P(yáng)那些靜聽(tīng)的幼兒，或是讓他重復(fù)別人說(shuō)過(guò)的內(nèi)容，抓住教育時(shí)機(jī)，要求他們專心聽(tīng)，用心記。平時(shí)我還通過(guò)各種趣味活動(dòng)，培養(yǎng)幼兒邊聽(tīng)邊記，邊聽(tīng)邊想，邊聽(tīng)邊說(shuō)的能力，如聽(tīng)詞對(duì)詞，聽(tīng)詞句說(shuō)意思，聽(tīng)句子辯正誤，聽(tīng)故事講述故事，聽(tīng)謎語(yǔ)猜謎底，聽(tīng)智力故事，動(dòng)腦筋，出主

11、意，聽(tīng)兒歌上句，接兒歌下句等，這樣幼兒學(xué)得生動(dòng)活潑，輕松愉快，既訓(xùn)練了聽(tīng)的能力，強(qiáng)化了記憶，又發(fā)展了思維，為說(shuō)打下了基礎(chǔ)。1.Read story time after the tape three times. 2.Write your best season, read to your parents.其實(shí),任何一門學(xué)科都離不開(kāi)死記硬背,關(guān)鍵是記憶有技巧,“死記”之后會(huì)“活用”。不記住那些基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),怎么會(huì)向高層次進(jìn)軍?尤其是語(yǔ)文學(xué)科涉獵的范圍很廣,要真正提高學(xué)生的寫作水平,單靠分析文章的寫作技巧是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,必須從基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)抓起,每天擠一點(diǎn)時(shí)間讓學(xué)生“死記”名篇佳句、名言警句,以及豐富的詞語(yǔ)、新穎的材料等。這樣,就會(huì)在有限的時(shí)間、空間里給學(xué)生的腦海里注入無(wú)限的內(nèi)容。日積月累,積少成多,從而收到水滴石穿,繩鋸木斷的功效。板書設(shè)計(jì)：Unit5 Seasons Season Weather Activitiesspring warm fly kites/go boatingsummer hot eat ice creams/ go swimmingautumn cool have picnics/ go climbingwinter cold make snowmen/ skating第 3 頁(yè)
