4、erview 1.1 工程概況 Project Overview 項(xiàng)目名稱(chēng): 本工程涉及三個(gè)變電站,分別是現(xiàn)有的 220/35kV A472 變電站、現(xiàn)有的 35/10kV B301S 變電站 以及新建的 35/10kV C581 變電站,工作內(nèi)容為三個(gè)變電站之間和從三個(gè)變電站接至 MV 用戶(hù) 的電力電纜、控制電纜、接地電纜敷設(shè)所需電纜溝的開(kāi)挖工程。The project involves three substations, namely the existing 220/35kV A472 substation, the existing 35/10kV B301S the 35/10kV
5、 C581 substation and a new substation. This is the power, control and grounding cable trench excavation project among three substations and for MV users connected to the three substations. 1.2 施工范圍 Scope of Work 1) 由 A472 變電站引出 3 路 35kV 出線。其中: 一路引至 B301S 建筑(35/10kV 變電站)原 1#主變,原 1#主變電纜將抽出,與新增 4#主變連 接
6、;另兩路引至 35/10kV C581 變電站 1#主變和 2#主變。回路采用 FS-YJY-26/35kV-1*300mm2 單芯電纜,直埋敷設(shè)。去 C581 的兩路 35kV 線路,敷設(shè)時(shí)沿不同路徑,以避免兩回線路同時(shí) 受損。Pull three 35V outgoings from A472 substation. Of which: The first outgoing is led to B301S Building (35/10kV substation) the original one # main transformer, pull the original one # ma
7、in transformer cable out, and connect to the adding 4 # main transformer; the other two outgoings are led to 35/10kV C581 # 1 and substation 2 # main transformer. Use FS-YJY- 26/35kV-1 * 300mm2 single-core cables for Loop and buried pulling. Two 35kV lines to C581 are laid along different paths to a
8、void damage of the two loops. 2) 由 B301S 變電站引出 7 路 10kV 出線。全部引至 B399 中心制冷站。回路采用 10kV 截面為 95mm2 的三芯鎧裝電纜,由 B301S 南面現(xiàn)有的電纜井引出直埋至裝置。Pull 7 10kV outgoings from B301S substation to B399central refrigeration station. Loop uses 10kV three-core armored cable with cross-section 95mm2 and pull out from the exis
9、ting cable well in the south of B301S then buried lay to the device. 3) 由 C581 引出 10 路 10kV 線路,分別為 A507 的四臺(tái)變壓器,B551 的兩臺(tái)變壓器,B553TDA 裝 置氫氣壓縮機(jī) 2 臺(tái),C521 鹽酸裝置氯氣壓縮機(jī) 1 臺(tái),鹽酸壓縮機(jī) 1 臺(tái)提供電源。其中,變壓器 回路采用 10kV 截面為 185mm2 的三芯鎧裝電纜,馬達(dá)回路采用 10kV 截面為 95mm2 的三芯鎧 裝電纜。以上電纜線路均沿規(guī)劃路徑埋地敷設(shè)。10 10kV lines led from C581 are used to
10、 supply power to A507s four transformers, B551 two transformers, B553TDA 2 sets of hydrogen compressor unit, C521 hydrochloric acid chlorine gas compressor unit, and hydrochloric acid compressor unit respectively. Among them, transformer circuit uses x 3-core armored cable with 10kV cross-section 18
11、5mm2, motor circuit uses three-core armored cable with 10kV cross-section 95mm2. All cable lines will be laid underground along the planning path. 4) 接地電纜回路:Ground cable loop: 從 A472 敷設(shè)一根 95mm2 裸銅線去 C581,同時(shí)從 C581 敷設(shè)四根 95mm2 裸銅線,分別引至 B551、 A507、B553 和 C521,作等電位聯(lián)結(jié)。以上電纜線路均沿規(guī)劃路徑埋地敷設(shè)。Lay a 95mm2 bare cop
12、per wire to C581 from A472. Meanwhile lay four bare copper wires to B551, A507, B553 and C521 for equipotential bonding. All cable lines will be laid underground along the planning path. 5)本工程電纜溝走向如下:The cable trench directions are as follows: 電纜溝南線為 A472 至 C581,全長(zhǎng)約 850 米,根據(jù) K-K 斷面圖:開(kāi)挖深度為 1 米,溝槽底寬 0
13、.6 米,溝槽面寬約 1.1 米。 Cable trench south line is from A472 to C581 about 850 meters long. According to KK sectional drawing, excavation depth is of 1 meter with trench bottom width 0.6 m and face width1.1 m. 電纜溝北線為 A472 至 C581 和 B301,其中共線約 220 米,根據(jù) A-A 斷面圖有:開(kāi)挖深度為 1 米,溝槽底寬 1 米,溝槽面寬約 1.5 米;Cable trench no
14、rth line is from A472 to C581 and B301 and the collinear is about 220 meters. According to AA sectional drawing, excavation depth is 1 meter trench with trench bottom width 1 m and face width1.5 m. 至 C581 支線約 430 米,根據(jù) E-E 斷面圖有:開(kāi)挖深度為 1 米,溝槽底寬 0.6 米,溝槽面寬約 1.1 米;至 B301 支線約 300 米,根據(jù) B-B 斷面圖有:開(kāi)挖深度為 1 米,溝
15、槽底寬 0.6 米,溝槽面 寬約 1.1 米。The sub-line the C581 is about 430 meters. According to EE sectional drawing excavation depth is 1 meter trench with trench bottom width 1 m and face width1.1 m. The sub-line to B301the is about 300 meters. According to BB sectional drawing , excavation depth is 1 meter trench
16、 with trench bottom width 1 m and face width1.1 m. 二編制依據(jù) Compilation Basis 1)根據(jù)電氣包(中壓部分)招標(biāo)文件及招標(biāo)圖紙編制而成。According to Electric package (MV) the tender and tender drawings. 2)在充分研究工程的客觀情況和施工特點(diǎn),結(jié)合我公司類(lèi)似工程施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上編制的。 Based on full study on construction characteristics and objective situation and combined
17、with similar construction experience. 3)在本方案編制過(guò)程中,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行國(guó)家現(xiàn)行建筑和安裝工程施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范、規(guī)程、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、設(shè) 計(jì)規(guī)范。具體如下:In this compilation process, strictly implement current national construction and installation construction, acceptance norms, procedures, standards, and design specifications. 20、施工作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū),及時(shí)組織圖紙會(huì)審。Compile particular cable trench construction engineering guide book as per project characteristics and organize promptly drawings joint examination. 2) 根據(jù)上海市電力建設(shè)工程施工工藝實(shí)施細(xì)則結(jié)合本工程實(shí)際編寫(xiě)電纜溝施工工藝卡,并組織實(shí) 施。Compile construction technique cards according to the Shanghai Municipal Electric Power
21、 Construction Engineering Construction Technology Implementation Details and organize its implementation. 3) 施工人員全面了解電纜敷設(shè)來(lái)路、終點(diǎn)及敷設(shè)路徑。Construction workers have comprehensive understanding antecedents, destination, and laying path of laying cables. 4.2 材料準(zhǔn)備 Material preparation 根據(jù)材料計(jì)劃采購(gòu)所有的材料。所有材料規(guī)格型號(hào)及電
22、壓等級(jí)應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,并有產(chǎn)品合格 證。Purchase materials as per the plan.
