Read for the general idea讀取大意Task I: Look at the title and the picture, and predict what you will read about.What will you read about in the following letters?_A. kids should spend time on schoolwork

This helps us get ready to acquire(獲得) new information.Task II. Skim the two letters . Which one agrees and which on
9、e disagrees? T: Boys and girls, we know there are two letters in this part. Do you know the structures of the letters? If you cant say it in English, you can say it in Chinese. Ss: 一封信應該包含稱呼、正文和署名。 T: Yes, it includes salutation, body and signature. Please read the two letters and find out which one
10、 agrees and which one disagrees.Tip 2: SkimmingThis means looking quickly through a piece of writing to find the main idea without reading every word. It is still a good idea to read the first sentence in each paragraph a little more carefully.【設計意圖】:讀取大意環(huán)節(jié),設計了兩個任務:第一個任務是根據(jù)文章的題目要求和課本中的圖片猜測文章大意,此環(huán)節(jié)學生
11、只需要對將要讀的內容做出預測,無需讀課文。第二個任務,讓學生快速瀏覽課文,找出兩封信的作者是否同意孩子們做家務,在讀之前對學生進行閱讀策略指導,消除了學生對閱讀文章的恐懼心理,很快就找出了答案。另外讓學生自己總結書信的格式,目的在于提醒學生要注意寫信時不要忘記了稱呼語和署名。2.
