2、B18445-2001. 二、 工程概況及施工條件 2。1工程概況 淮安經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)高張花園安置小區(qū)項(xiàng)目是淮安經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)控股有限公司開發(fā)的高層住宅樓項(xiàng)目，位于經(jīng)二路以南，松園路以北，竹園路以東，經(jīng)四路經(jīng)西。2地庫(kù)位于綜合樓及菜場(chǎng)下端。主要是作為車庫(kù)和設(shè)備用房。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)，本工程主要包括有2地庫(kù)、29、30#、31樓、1#、2、3、4#、5、8#、11#樓；其中2地庫(kù)采用筏板基礎(chǔ)，其基礎(chǔ)厚度為0。7M，其余樓號(hào)均采用樁筏加基梁. 本工程基礎(chǔ)筏板混凝土澆筑質(zhì)量和防水施工質(zhì)量，將是影響整個(gè)工程施工質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵,項(xiàng)目部將制定嚴(yán)密、可行的施工方案并嚴(yán)格按此方案進(jìn)行施工，確保該建筑工程施工質(zhì)量萬無一失。 2

3、.2施工條件 進(jìn)行防水施工前，應(yīng)先滿足下列施工條件： ？ 混凝土墊層以及各基層表面要有足夠的強(qiáng)度，并且表面要清理干凈,無積水、浮塵、雜物、起砂現(xiàn)象;各項(xiàng)事宜已通過監(jiān)理和業(yè)主驗(yàn)收，質(zhì)量合格. ? 各種書面檢查、隱蔽記錄均已辦理完畢。 layout development cities in developed countries show that developing rail transit Guide and an important means of achieving sustainable urban development. 10、彈好控制線。 ? 地下室施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)道路保持暢通無阻，施工用臨時(shí)配電箱接送到各用電點(diǎn),且按規(guī)定配齊漏電保護(hù)器等，漏電保護(hù)器措施齊全。 三、 防水材料的選擇和材料特點(diǎn)： JS防水涂料： JS防水涂料是以聚合物乳液和水泥為主要原料,加入其他添加劑制成的液料與粉料兩部份，按比例混合拌勻使用,屬反應(yīng)揮發(fā)型雙組份水防水涂料。JS復(fù)合防水涂料(兩組份聚合物水泥防水涂料）是吸收外國(guó)先進(jìn)技術(shù)開發(fā)的高效防潮、抗?jié)B、堵漏材料。該產(chǎn)品由有機(jī)液料(由聚丙烯酸脂，聚脂酸乙脂乳液高分子共聚物)和無機(jī)粉料（由高鋁高鐵水泥、石黃等隨性粉劑為填料），經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)按比例攪拌成膩?zhàn)訝?，涂覆施工的新型防水材料。主要成膜物質(zhì)為高分子材料的水乳液

11、,以水泥及活性物質(zhì)為填料，涂膜通過水分揮發(fā)及無機(jī)水硬性材料的水化反應(yīng)而結(jié)膜，是一種即具有有機(jī)材料彈性高而又有無機(jī)材料耐久性好的雙重優(yōu)點(diǎn). 產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)： 1、 JS防水涂料在水泥基層面具有很強(qiáng)的粘結(jié)性能,不會(huì)因長(zhǎng)期浸水而剝離基層。 2、 涂膜防水具有直接彌補(bǔ)混凝土表面質(zhì)量缺陷和毛細(xì)孔的能力. 3、 涂膜防水具有破壞點(diǎn)秘滲漏點(diǎn)對(duì)應(yīng)的特點(diǎn)，不會(huì)因一點(diǎn)破壞而使防水層大面積失效，一旦墻板某處發(fā)現(xiàn)滲漏容易進(jìn)行補(bǔ)救處理。 4、 涂層具有一定的透氣性，即使基層潮濕也不會(huì)發(fā)生防水層鼓起來的現(xiàn)象。 5、 優(yōu)良的耐候性，抗紫外線的照射能力強(qiáng)，涂膜的耐老化性能優(yōu)異。 6、 環(huán)保性，以清水做稀釋劑,冷施工,無毒，無味，無

18、g the urban rail transitdependent and lifestyle, as well as mass transit systems provide adequate passenger protection。 5。1。3 to guide the healthy development of 7、 廣泛的配合性， 在和其他防水材料復(fù)合使用時(shí)，與其他材料配合性能好，不與其他材料發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)。 通過對(duì)上述問題的分析,根據(jù)地下防水工程技術(shù)規(guī)范GB501082001 地下室防水工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范GB502082002 屋面工程技術(shù)規(guī)范GB50345-2012中的規(guī)定(涂料防

19、水層施工規(guī)定和要求 （1）無機(jī)防水涂料宜用于結(jié)構(gòu)主體的背水面，有機(jī)防水涂料，可用于結(jié)構(gòu)主體的迎水面。 （2)涂料施工前,基層陰陽角應(yīng)做成圓弧形,涂刷前應(yīng)先在基面上涂一層與涂料相容的基層處理劑. (3)每遍涂刷時(shí)應(yīng)交替改變涂層的涂刷方向，同層涂膜的先后搭樓寬度宜為30-50mm。 （4）涂刷程序應(yīng)先做轉(zhuǎn)角處、穿墻管道、變形縫等部位的涂料加強(qiáng)層，后進(jìn)行大面積涂刷. 四、防水施工工藝及步驟 施工工藝 清理基層?配制防水涂料?涂底層防水層?細(xì)部附加防水處理?涂刷中間層防水層? ？ 涂刷表面層防水層？自檢 清掃 -？第一次試水-?修整處理施工-？ ？?第二次試水？質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收?交接隱蔽 1、操作流程： 清理

26、de, forming the urban rail transitdependent and lifestyle， as well as mass transit systems provide adequate passenger protection。 5。1。3 to guide the healthy development of 第三遍-檢查修整、驗(yàn)收-保護(hù)層施工-質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收 2、操作要點(diǎn)： ？清理基層:清除基層的浮灰、油污或疏松物等雜質(zhì)?；嬉蟊仨毨喂?、平整，對(duì)于凹凸不平或有裂紋的基面用108膠摻水泥找平后再施工;基面必須清除干凈，不得有浮塵、雜物、明水等。 ?配料:配料由專人負(fù)

27、責(zé)稱取材料配制,先按產(chǎn)品提供的配合比(按基材干濕狀況和不同材料的吸水率對(duì)加水量進(jìn)行調(diào)整)分別稱出配料所用的液料、粉料、水，先將水加入液料，用手提電動(dòng)攪拌器攪拌，在攪拌過程中再將粉料陸續(xù)加入，攪拌至少5分鐘，是攪拌均勻，呈漿狀無團(tuán)塊即可.已拌和好的涂料必須在3小時(shí)內(nèi)用完，各層涂料應(yīng)分別配制。 3、三涂防水層施工: ？第一道基層處理 刷第一道JS防水涂料，該道涂料用較稀的配合比(1：1。6：0.5)，對(duì)基層進(jìn)行處理。 ？局部加強(qiáng)層 對(duì)于混凝土質(zhì)量缺陷修補(bǔ)處、墻毛細(xì)裂縫處、施工縫、出墻面管口等部位進(jìn)行加強(qiáng),可加貼一道纖維布,以增強(qiáng)防水能力。涂層涂料的重量配比為液料：粉料:水=1:1.6：0。5。 ？
